MORE STAMP CAMP PROJECTS

These are some of the other projects that we did at Stamp Camp this past weekend. One of the highlights of our events has been the technique cards. This was no exception. We did the sponge dauber shading for depth technique. We used the Bella blossoms stamp and in this particular one I colored the stamp first with cameo coral and then added rose red by dauber for the shading and depth. The leaves and stem are done in certainly celery and then I added old olive for the shading and depth. I also used my SU! Big Shot for the white circle and the black scallop circle. We didn't have black brads which I liked for this project better than the others, so we colored the gold brads with black sharpie marker. The dsp is delicate dots from sale-a-bration. The ribbon is so saffron. I have a few more of these technique kits available with the stamped image in some different color shades. If you were not able to attend stamp camp, they are available with the page protector for $5. Just email me by the end of the month.
This framed object was one of the best projects. Linda Kincaid designed this. What is not easy to tell is that this is 3 dimensional inside the frame. She used paper blocks to raise the USA part up in front of the not quite navy card stock. It is spectacular in person. You might be able to tell a little if you click on the image and make it just a little larger. She used the sets Independence Day and the Free and the Brave stamps. She also used the 2 sizes of star punches. This is such a beautiful home decor piece. In addition, Linda painted all of these frames white for everyone. They come in natural wood.

The next project was this lovely decorated Springtime block using the new set Wagon Full of Fun as the main stamped images for each of the sides of the block. This stamp set is in the new OCCASIONS mini catalog. This duck is my absolute favorite. Everyone water colored the images with their SU! watercolor crayons. Linda Kincaid designed this project as well.

This side of the block uses the sets curvy verses for the phrase and the new oval all stamp set and oval scalloped punch. This new punch is in the occasions mini.
This side uses the wagon full of fun. By the way, the background papers are all from A WALK IN THE PARK - new double sided designer paper in the Occasions Mini catalog.

I have to say that I love anything that Linda Kincaid creates and demonstrates. She is very talented. She water colored this flower which is also part of the wagon full of fun set. I think this set is perfect!

Tomorrow I will show you the adorable matchbox and pendant that Sandi Haertig created.
