Tuesday the 29th was my sister Christina's birthday. I wanted to post the card then but she hadn't seen it yet.  I guess she will see it here first since I left it with her gifts at my mother's home.  I used an Anna Griffin kit to put together the card.  I love her romantic and vintage style.  All of the elements came with the kit and I just had to coordinate colors and choose embellishments and sentiments.  For the envelope I used my SU! ENVELOPE MAKER and stamped her name using the SU! LARGER THAN LIFE ALPHABET AND NUMBERS stamp set.  The butterflies and ferns were stamped using the SU! stamp set BUTTERFLY BASICS.  I stamped the butterfly onto vellum and die cut it with the coordinating thinlet.  I love these!  I love the lace look.  I also added dazzling diamonds glitter, which the camera captured a little too sharply.  In person, this envelope is dazzling.  Oh, and I almost forgot... I added Gold WINK OF STELLA glimmer ink to the card.  SU! will have the WINK OF STELLA pens available in the NEW OCCASIONS catalog. You will definitely want these (they come in clear and gold! yum!)

Also, since we will be putting holiday decorations away soon, I thought I better share my handcrafted holiday cards that I made for the NICU and the NBN.  I used the stamp set JINGLE ALL THE WAY and the SLEIGH RIDE edgelits. Both are by SU! and are retiring in just a few days.  Stop by my demonstrator business website and purchase HOLIDAY CATALOG items now before they are gone, HERE. Although, I think it's just fine to show holiday crafts any time of the year, technically, we are still in the midst of the 12 days of Christmas, so it's not over yet.

The snowflakes are from an older retired SU! sizzlet and the letters are SU! dies that are also retired. I don't usually get rid of those types of retired items. I like to use them for personal crafting.  The stamps inside are also retired SU!  Again, I used the SU! ENVELOPE MAKER and DAZZLING DIAMONDS glitter.  The trees are hand water colored before adding the glitter. The letters on the envelope (only NBN is shown) are heat embossed with cherry cobbler embossing powder using my all time favorite alphabet stamp set by SU! called BIG DEAL.

I won this stamp set at the SU! ON STAGE in November.  I absolutely LOVE this stamp set APPLE OF MY EYE and the dimension you can get with multiple colors.  I love pears and so this is perfect.  My sister sent my son fruit and goodies for his birthday and I have to say this pear image looks exactly as one of the pears that was sent and I have to say it tasted delicious. Thanks son for letting me have your pear.  This set is available for purchase as of Jan. 5th 2016.  View the complete collection of stamps, embellishments and more right here then,

Here's a card made with the brand NEW stamp set from SU! that will be released in January. It's called PICTURE PERFECT.  I used the NEW BLUSHING BRIDE glimmer paper, too. This is such a cool set and I love the dimension that is created with the different ink colors.  I also used  a new BOTANICAL GARDEN jewel and some NEW designer papers.  Just wait until you see what SU! has to offer in the NEW OCCASIONS catalog.  Let me know if you need one. First order goes in January 5th, 2016.

Love your card Carolyn!

This is the last day of Hanukkah.  I almost forgot to share the Hanukkah card that I made for my friends who celebrate it.  This is an older SU! stamp that I absolutely love.  I watercolored it and then glitzed it with some dazzling details in silver.
Happy Hanukkah!  Celebrate the Season!

This was the absolute first stamp set called BIRTHDAY BLOOMS on my list from the NEW SU! OCCASIONS CATALOG coming out Jan. 5th, 2016.  I'm in love with this set.  In fact, as a demonstrator, I was able to preorder this stamp set and some of the great embellishments and papers from SU! that coordinate with it.  Here's a card that I made at my upline's gathering last weekend.  The bloom is embossed in gold embossing powder and then with a bleach pen, the blossom is lightened.  I then added a gorgeous shimmer of WINK OF STELLA - YES! SU! will be carrying the WINK pens in clear and gold!  woo hoo!
Doesn't this blossom look like glass.  It's absolutely stunning.  I'll have more samples with this awesome stamp set in the coming weeks and I'll be showcasing some more NEW so stay tuned.
Click on this photo above to see the card in more detail. It's really gorgeous!

WOW! Christmas and New Years are on their way.  I've finally decorated here and I've just sent out my Christmas cards to family and friends.  Tonight the REMARKABLE STAMPERS BLOGGERS want to share some last minute ideas.  You still have time to order and get what you need from SU!  The Holiday Catalog goes until Jan. 4th and for the first time ever, SU! released the list of holiday catalog items that will officially retire that day.  That means once that day comes, the items will no longer be available.  If you can, take some time this evening to go through the tour and then go through the holiday catalog - sip some hot cocoa by the fire, or if you are in a warm environment sit out on your deck or outside, and decide what you need to have.

My first card showcases the HOLIDAY CATALOG HOSTESS Stamp set called ANTIQUE TAGS.  You have to really look at every page in the catalog or you could miss this set.  It's on p. 51 and it's shown smaller than it actually is.  It's designed for tags, but you could easily make cards with this set.  It's so cool, because everything in the set can be punched out with one of SU!'s punches.

I added gold glimmer paper to the card and I have to say, at the holidays, you need to sparkle!  I also used SU! Striped Ribbon.  There are two - garden green and red.  I used the red here, but the garden green would have worked also.  I stamped the sentiment Happy Christmas and that is from the Stamp set OH WHAT FUN, and oh what fun it is.  It's a fabulous updated Holiday sentiment set that is a definite set to have in your holiday collection.

This card features the stamp set AMONG THE BRANCHES.  I love all of the sentiments for the different fall and winter holidays and I love that they are circular.  I punch a lot of sentiments out and this one is perfect.  I also just learned from SU! that the WOODLANDS embossing folder will return with the new catalog next May.  I believe it is sold out but it was so popular that they are bringing it back.  Woo hoo!  So don't miss out on this coordinating stamp set.

I also featured the stamp set HAPPY SCENES which goes along with the Hearth and Home Thinlits dies.  Those dies are not retiring but the stamp set is.  I really wouldn't let that set get away if you have the window thinlit.  As featured this past Monday, I used a new scene set from the OCCASIONS catalog coming out Jan. 5th that also works with those thinlits.  You want your set complete.
The other feature of this card is the HOLIDAY FANCY FOIL DESIGNER VELLUM.  It's gorgeous.  The photo above doesn't even do it justice.  I love the sparkle it has.  There are 3 each of 3 designs and they are so beautiful.  This card is simple and easy and yet elegant when you see it up close.  The sentiment in the bottom corner is from the HAPPY SCENES stamp set.

And next, I couldn't complete this tour without a card featuring WONDERLAND.  This stamp set is one of my absolute favorites from the HOLIDAY CATALOG.  Just awesome set and the sentiments alone with that gorgeous font, make the set a keeper.
This set features gorgeous wooden snowflakes.  I colored my snowflake by pressing it into the ink pad.  Then I added a rhinestone.  More glitz....of course!

My dear sweet friend Mary Jo has a birthday this Friday.  I stopped by her home yesterday to drop off some birthday goodies.  She and I love to go to tea and so I decided to use a BRAND NEW stamp set called A NICE CUPPA and coordinating thinlits CUP AND KETTLE in the NEW SU! OCCASIONS catalog, coming January 5th.  You definitely are going to want this set if you or someone you know loves tea.  It's adorable and the coordinating papers and embellishments are beautiful.

Does anyone recognize the alphabet on the envelope?  My favorite all time stamp set which is BIG DEAL alphabet by SU!
And the sentiment on the inside of the card has a large sentiment (by the way, this card is 5 x 7) also from BOTANICALS FOR YOU, which you will be able to earn for FREE during SALEABRATION.

MJ Have an Awesome Birthday Week and Month.
I love you Friend!

One of the perks of being a SU! demonstrator is that we can go to cool events such as SU! ON STAGE and get SNEAK PEEK products.  This is one of the stamp sets I earned at the event called HAPPY HOME. It will be in the NEW OCCASIONS Catalog in January where you can also earn FREE SALEABRATION EXCLUSIVE ITEMS. At the ON STAGE,  I also was able to preorder NEW PRODUCT.  So cool!  If you haven't purchased the window framelits and the coordinating stamp sets that go with it from the HOLIDAY CATALOG (retiring Jan 3rd) you want to do that ASAP. There is more NEW coming to coordinate with the framelits and you want to have the entire set.  The window is a HOT item right now.

The new scenes in this set are adorable and will be great for Spring and Summer or any time of the year.  Stay tuned for more cool NEW projects as well as some last minute Holiday.  In fact, join me on Thursday with the REMARKABLE STAMPERS for our BLOG TOUR.

Happy Tuesday!  I'm creating with WONDERLAND by SU!  This stamp set retires in January and I love it.  I love the images and the font is to die for!  Get your set soon!
The silver snowflake is a die cut from the silver glimmer paper by SU! and popped up with a dimensional.  The green snowflake coordinated with the card and is a die cut sticker I picked up at the local craft store on clearance last year. The ribbon is SU! but retired but still goes well.  I embossed the card stock with some Anna Griffin embossing folders.  I have a Christmas collection of 3 or 4 of her folders and they are great around this time of the year.
