This was such a fun project to do. The actual
treat box and card was designed by me. However, Janet
Wakeland my
upline, taught me how to do this on the
Big Shot. This is so adorable and a great treat for coworkers, friends, family members for
Halloween. I used
only orange, ultra smooth white and
basic black card stock. My ink was basic black classic which is a permanent ink.

First, use your
only orange card stock (at least 4.25 by 8.5 inches but a little larger works better) and the
MOVERS and SHAPERS die with any
magnetic die for the window. I used the
SU! scallop oval die for this project, but the curly label or any of the others will work also. Go ahead and die cut as if you were making a card. Place the magnetic die where you would like the window to be when the project is done. You can see above where I placed mine.

Next, we have to score the sides about 1/2 inch lengthwise on each side as seen in the photo above.

In this next photo score 1/4 inch on each side of the crease in the center that the
movers and shapers die made.

Score 3/4 inch on each side that will be the tops of the box.

This is a closer view of the center fold and the 1/4 inch creases you make on each side of this fold. However, you will not use this center fold at all. This is a tricky part of the holder making.

Go ahead and crease the holder and do not crease the center fold as seen above.

This is a closer photo of some of the creases.

Punch the edges with the
scallop edge punch by Stampin Up!
Make some cuts with your paper snips at the areas you can see cut above so you can put the box together. I put
sticky strip on the edges above. Insert a piece of white card stock inside and stamp or use a
rub on for the image. The
Stampin Up! Rub ons seen in the post below are perfect for
Halloween.
Make a card to fit inside and use the new
Black and White Wide Striped Grosgrain to wrap around the box. Oh...and don't forget the candy!
