This is one of my new favorite techniques to try.
Linda Kincaid demonstrated this card for us at one of our recent classes. She used a great new set from the
holiday mini catalog by SU! called
Gifts of the Earth. All of the images were stamped first with basic brown permanent ink by
SU! Then each was
water colored. The background is
so saffron card stock and that was inked with the
sanded stamp in the
crushed curry so it stood out a little more.

The idea is that the
leaves tilt back and forth on the card. Here is the first image.

And although I wanted to avoid the shake, here is the second image showing that I have just tilted the leaves. Linda got the idea to demonstrate this card awhile ago when she saw an idea by another demonstrator who used a hula skirt on a dancer to tilt. Really neat idea.

Above are the directions
Linda supplied us for the back of the card so we can recreate this card or another one that has a tilt.
Thanks Linda! And.,...stay tuned for more from
Linda coming in November.
