Today is my sister Teresa's Birthday. I made a card for her. In honor of her birthday, I'm posting this card. I used my Build A Bear stamp set and stamped the bear and his birthday hat. I water colored him to match the card stock which is only orange and bermuda bay. I ran the swirly wheel over the bermuda bay card stock and then textured the card with the Big Shot. If you swipe white craft ink on top, the polka dots are more pronounced.
