OUR TRIP TO MARTHA STEWART

I've had many people ask me to put the photo of our group visiting Martha Stewart on my blog. I thought it was time to go ahead and do that to help get Carol H. excited about her upcoming trip to Martha. We had the most wonderful visit. Martha was as gracious as ever and appreciated our drive up to NYC from Baltimore. It was one of the best trips we have taken. We started the day with the live studio audience of her show. Hsiao-hui and Diana actually were caught on tv in the audience tasting yummy sticky buns. Then we headed over to Martha's craft room and saw some of the latest designs her artists were working on. After that we were guests of her producer at her warehouse where they do all the designing for Macy's and Kmart and her craft line. It was one interesting day that we will long remember. In this photo below, Martha is holding the envelope purse that Hsiao-hui made for her. She thought it was really clever. We made similar purses at our National Scrapbooking Event last may.
