BIRTHDAY CARD FROM SANDI HAERTIG

I'm behind in posts, so here is another card for you!  This one is by Sandi Haertig.  She made this lovely card for me for my birthday.  I LOVE IT!  She used a Saleabration set - BLISS - and the music wheel.  I love that wheel.  Check it out.  She used that wheel in the background and it is light, but it adds just the right touch to the card.  Sandi also used the framed tulips embossing folder which is a SU! exclusive.  And, what a pretty envelope that coordinates and cute little safety pin with victorian crochet lace embellishment.
