We had a
shoebox class last week and
Susan Ehrhardt demonstrated this card. It is absolutely gorgeous. We used the retired
SU! set
Santa Post, but you could easily use the
Christmas Post hostess set from the
SU! idea book. We stamped the image in
real red and then cut the stamps out with curvy scissors so that they looked more like authentic stamps. They are layered on the
specialty SU! paper to the nines and then placed on
real red card stock for the base.
Crystal effects was layered on top of each stamp for the glossy look. I love
Sue's creative use of the
mistletoe ribbon also.
