This is a fabulous Quilling project that Hsiao-hui made for Linda for her birthday. She used the CREATIVE ELEMENTS stamp set and paper quilled the flowers and ribbons inside. It's really an awesome project that she framed for her. Linda made a quilled framed project for Hsiao-hui at Christmas time and gave Hsiao-hui a quilling book and papers. It's really a neat complimentary craft that you can do with your SU! supplies. I love this project!
