SAILING THEMED HOLIDAY WISH FOR DONNA

One of our new stampin buddies - Donna Perlman - asked me if I had any stamp sets with sailboats in them. I remembered this retired stamp set.  Donna and her husband have a boat and sail quite a bit.  Since Donna wanted a general holiday card using a boat, I thought that this would be perfect for her. Donna purchased bells and boughs from the holiday mini catalog and just adding a little holiday touch makes this a great seasonal card.  Donna loved it.

this is so elegant and beautiful; a different twist to a holiday card; I am always looking for a non-traditional Xmas card....TFS!

Thanks Susan for your comment. The stamped image of the sailboat is actually mounted to cherry cobbler card stock that I distressed along all of the edges and then I popped it off the images stamped on the whisper white card stock with dimensionals. I am not sure if that comes across in this photo well.
