SOME GREAT CARDS

I want to show you some great cards I received in swaps at convention this year since I was unable to upload some samples this weekend. My computer totally crashed and luckily my dear sweet hubby fixed it. I am now back on track, but in the meantime, here are some cards.

This first one was made by Lanie Hendrey. I just love Halloween and her great use of Halloween dsp and card stock. Notice how she used the sanded background stamp also. This next card was made by one of the best stampers in the industry - Jen Picard. I was lucky enough to stamp with her at convention. She and I were in a Holiday card swap together and this was her card. She used the stamps Dasher and Snow Swirl. The card stock is shimmery white (this is absolutely gorgeous card stock; if you have not worked with it - it is fabulous for the holidays and weddings and for "wow" cards.) night of navy and bravo burgundy.
This next card is one of my favorite types of cards to make - a shaker card. Melony Hannah made this card using SU! microbeads and dsp as well as card stock and great ribbon. This is the best time of the year to take out your white craft ink pads, too.

If you love the NEW SU! HOLIDAY MINI, make sure you stay tuned this week - Sept.10th for the Remarkables Holiday Blog Tour and that you stop here. I will have lots of blog candy.
