Well it's SUMMER and it's time for FUN!  Lots going on in the crafting world.  Summer means a lot of things so I think I can share almost anything fun. And...since the NEW SU! IDEA BOOK is out and in full swing, I'm choosing some NEW SUMMER themed SU! stamps.

The first set that I just absolutely am in love with is KINDA ECLECTIC.  If you review some of my past entries you will see that I have used this set already a few times.  It's so cool, and it definitely stamps summer!
I stamped the FOR YOU from the FOR YOU stamp set and punched it out with my SU! 1 1/4 circle punch and then added dimensionals to make it "POP" off the card.  I also stamped the butterflies from the stamp set and punched them out with the butterfly punch and dimensionalized them too.  I added rhinestones and NEW BEACH HOUSE DESIGNS Washi Tape from SU! (striped tape).  Washi tape from SU! is absolute top notch quality.

The next card I made for the summer theme uses the stamp set WHAT's UP?  Which is a great set to use on Project Life, Cards, and Scrapbook pages.
I used the BEACH HOUSE DESIGNS SU! washi tape on this card also.  I colored the flower and the adorable bird from the stamp set HELLO LOVE with the NEW SU! BLENDABILITIES alcohol markers.  The arrows were stamped and punched out with the NEW ARROWs punch by SU!
Finally, I'm really loving SU! and PROJECT LIFE by Becky Higgins.  I have been scrapbooking my trip to Marco Island Florida.  I used the SU! Project Life Kit EVERYDAY ADVENTURES and some other things from my stash to create these pages.  Love Summer time and beach photos because everything is so colorful.
The pocket card with the words @Marco Island on it was made using the kit's stickers. They are very cool.  I love adding stamped images and stickers and embellishments to my photos.  Below I added handwriting to some of the photos with my Project Life Pens (Best ever!) and also look at my SU! PL wooden arrow at the bottom right.
We had a lot of fun in the sun and fun in the Gulf!  Can't wait to get back to the beach this summer.
