As promised, here's the second half of the swaps from ON STAGE BALTIMORE by the REMARKABLE STAMPERS group. I don't remember or know who made every card, but those I know will have a name next to them. If yours is here, email me and I'll be sure to give you credit. These were full cards and we were asked not to stamp our names but if we wanted we could add a tag or post it note. Some did that, others left them blank.
