Eggstra Creative - Ideas for Easter! REMARKABLE PINWORTHY BLOG TOUR - FOLLOW ALONG!

It's time for the REMARKABLE STAMPERS PINWORTHY BLOG TOUR. We are featuring some EGGSTRA special Creative Ideas as we prepare for Easter coming in April.
I have several things to share.  The first is an EASTER BASKET made with a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD from MDS.  I printed the download onto whisper white card stock and then cut it out (you can also use your e-cutter) and then put it together - so easy.

It's moderate in size.  I then cut the rabbits and colored them with my alcohol markers (SU! will have these SOON!!!!) and added them to some framelits I die cut with the BIG SHOT. I added the handle (the digital download has multiple printed color patterns for different baskets - and you can make them multiple sizes!).  I made the handle myself.
I even embossed the daffodil delight strip with my favorite lattice embossing folder from SU!
I used the NEW SU! FRINGE SCISSORS to cut the grass from GARDEN GREEN cardstock.  Woo hoo!  These scissors are awesome and worth their weight in gold.  You should buy these from SU! because you get a warranty with them - easy to exchange if anything goes wrong - and they work great!  I crinkled the grass a little bit.  I used 1 and 1/2 sheets for this basket.  Under the grass is some other filler but you can make the whole thing card stock.  I didn't think that was necessary!
Love this grass!
The Happy EASTER on the side is also digitally mastered and so too is the elegant eggplant (lightened) dahlia's.  Don't they look real?
Inside the basket are my FAVORITE CADBURY EGGS!  I LOVE these delectable creations.  I saw them in a pack of 12 earlier this month and bought them to save for myself for EASTER. Can't wait to have these!

This is what the pattern looked like.  For the size I wanted I printed on 2 sheets of card stock.

It's nice to be able to print ANY STAMP I want!  You can do that with these downloads. They are compatible with any program that utilizes jpeg or png files.  Last week this digital file EVERYTHING EASTER was ON SALE.  It's still very inexpensive at the regular price. I love the printed eggs and the cards, invites, etc. Perfect for spring and EASTER.

I also decided to do some Easter/Spring cards featuring the SALEABRATION stamp set YOU'RE LOVELY since you can still EARN THIS STAMP SET FOR FREE until March 31st with qualifying purchase.

I colored the flowers in and added the sentiment and used crystal effects on the card.  Inside, I used one of last year's single stamps.  You could use your own or print a sentiment from the computer.
I also utilized the new EMBOSSING FOLDER from SU! for the front of the card.  You earn this FREE with SALEABRATION!  And remember that digital downloads and print services also count toward SALEABRATION!

Here's another card I made using the same framelits, some stamped, colored and punched butterflies from SU! with rhinestone highlights and the background WOODGRAIN stamp.  I LOVE this stamp.  It's probably my favorite NEW background stamp.  I love using RHINESTONES and even PEARLS from SU! on cards.  It really makes the card special and I want my recipient to feel special.

Below is the stamp set you can earn for FREE with qualifying purchase.  You can receive it in wood mount or clear mount.  It's a great value. And best of all - it coordinates with the labels framelits so you can die cut it out very easily and then make larger ones to mat the stamped images like I did with the first card above.  Or use the framelit separately as in the second card.  You can add any phrase to this set that you have in your collection or use the ones that come with the set.  You can also use your circle punch to punch out a stamped image of the I THINK YOU'RE LOVELY, or substitute your own circle punched stamped image.
