EVER TRIED QUILLING? HOLIDAY CARD AND GIFT EXCHANGE FEATURING LINDA KINCAID

Talent is something Linda Kincaid was born with.  I'm convinced. Everything she makes is golden!  Here's the handmade gift that Linda made.  Her gift was done with a technique called Quilling, which is the art of rolling fine paper strips and placing them into a design.  Linda's gift was made for Hsiao-hui Lin.
Go ahead and click on any one of these photos to see this beautiful project that Linda made.  Here she is with Hsiao-hui holding up the gift.
Linda even quilled the word Create.  How clever is this?  She gave Hsiao-hui come quilling supplies so that she can try her hand at it.  I can't wait to see what Hsiao hui comes up with.
Even the bow on the package and the tag is quilled.
Here's the tag up a little closer.  This project, like all the others I'm presenting this week, really took a lot of time.

And here's Linda's home made card.  Linda used MDS for the front layer, but couldn't get past adding crystal effects to the ornaments.  I love crystal effects and think this really added to her card.

Linda did stamp her envelope, however.  Really beautiful!

And this is the inside of Linda's card.  Very nice!
