I absolutely have fallen in love with the stamp set FEATHER TOGETHER. Why? Because Linda Kincaid, a former downline of mine, designed this awesome card for us for our crafting get together. This card was a true highlight that everyone loved. This is a great set that wasn't even on my radar, but is now on my wish list. I love Linda's use of washi tape and sequin ribbon by SU!.
Even the inside of the card is really cool. I sent this card to my father who had shoulder replacement surgery and then required another procedure to re set the soldier. He's been in a sling since August and has several more months of recovery. Shoulder replacement takes a very long time to heal and as we saw, can have a lot of different complications accompanied by lots of pain. My dad has been a trouper through it all and has not complained. I loved the inside sentiment "sometimes good things fall apart so better things fall together. His shoulder fell apart, but hopefully he's on the mend so that he can get back to drawing and painting and writing.
