IT'S A REMARKABLE SALEABRATION AND OCCASIONS BLOG TOUR!

It's a Remarkable Saleabration and Occasions Blog Tour! I immediately fell in love with BIRTHDAY BLOOMS from the NEW OCCASIONS catalog.  I was thrilled to be able to order it a little early and play with it.  I embossed the large blossom on SU! vellum card stock.  It's heavier than regular vellum and I like that.  I used gold embossing powder by SU!  I also embossed the sentiment from the same set.

Behind the vellum I stamped the large blossom several times in BLUSHING BRIDE ink on BLUSHING BRIDE card stock. It's the color of the season. Just look inside the catalog.  I also stamped the heart border from the set but that is in strawberry slush.  It becomes slightly lighter with the vellum on top of it.  I also stamped the image on the envelope and added the sentiment.  There are infinite possibilities with this stamp set. The blossom can be stamped by itself or you can color it in.

Don't hesitate to stamp the inside of the card.  I also love the gold 1/8 inch ribbon, also from SU! It really adds more elegance to the card.

I also created this card with the set that we made at Cindy's home this past weekend.  Lisa and I met her and created lots of cards.

I love to stamp on the inside of the card and Cindy taught me to add a strip of designer paper to the inside as well.  I love getting a surprise inside the card.
