GORGEOUS CARD BY CINDY GESKEY

Here's one of the Chinese New Year Swap Cards!

This card is absolutely gorgeous!  What a creative card by the talented Cindy Geskey.  She used the SU! specialty papers - Mocha Morning, which have flocking on them.  They are just divine and so too, is this lovely card.  The stamp set is called CREATIVE ELEMENTS and it's one of this year's favorite SU! stamp sets for me.  I think this card is so gorgeous, I'm not sure I can send it to anyone.  I do know someone with a birthday end of March (me!) and I may have to send it to that person (me!).

I love the dimensionality of the card too.  Look at the flower and how she cut multiple layers.  Wow!

I don't know if you can tell, but a lot of the elements on the card have crystal effects and pearls.  Just breathtaking. 

MORE FAITH IN NATURE - GIFT FOR HSIAO-HUI PART 1

Using the same template as the card I made Friday, I made some cards to be put into the fabric box shown below.  I gave this to Hsiao-hui for her birthday.  Today I'll show you the first few cards.  Tomorrow I'll share the rest.  I was so pleased that the colors matched.  I used new in colors calypso coral and lucky limeade.   The primary stamp set is Faith in Nature.  I used some other new sets like Petite Pairs as well.

This is the lovely box I put the homemade cards in.

 Even the inside of the box is gorgeous and matches our In Color Designer Paper.

This was the first card in there.  I used the hostess set from the summer mini for this card and the background stamp Sanded.
