This was one of my "must have" stamp sets when the new occasions book came out.  It's called Balloon Celebration.  Since Bringing Back Birthdays is HOT HOT HOT now! (are you sending birthday cards or just sending emails, tweets, texts or FB messages?  it's really time to bring the old fashioned birthday card back!).  There is a coordinating punch from SU! and I have some ideas on how to use this set.

This card below may be my favorite.  It's not balloons but it is a dandelion. I stamped it and embossed it and then sponged color over it.
I may have shown this last card before but it shows a punched balloon. I think it would be neat to punch some balloons out of designer paper as well, maybe from the birthday stack.
