MINI CARD HOLDER

Today we are having our Summer Fun Workshop at Hsiao-hui Lin's Home.  There are 10 of us crafting.  I have some great photos to share with you of the fun time we are having and will share those over the next couple of days as I share the projects.  For now, here is project number one.  It is a mini card holder using the Greenhouse Gala designer paper by SU!, the Big Shot and our SU! exclusive embossing folders, some great new stamps and punches and our NEW IN COLOR MARKERS.
We used textured Baja Breeze card stock for the card holder base.  The large scallop was punched out with our new scallop circle punch (this one is larger than the one we have been working with) in pear pizzaz.  The stamp is from the stamp set Friends Never Fade which matches our dsp. The stamped image was colored with our new IN  COLOR markers.
The card holder opens up and inside there are mini envelopes and cards.  The pattern can be enlarged to make this for large cards also. You could also put some stamps inside to mail your cards.

These are the cards that we made for the inside.  We stamped the Cuter By the Inch level 2 hostess set on different card stock and punched them out.  This set is adorable.  The mini envelopes were made with the new MINI ENVELOPE OR PETAL CARD DOUBLE PUNCH (shown at the bottom)
MORE FUN PROJECTS AND PHOTOS OF US CRAFTING TOMORROW!

FABULOUS NEW STYLE CARD - T SLIDER BY LINDA

This Amazing T slide card was demonstrated by Linda Kincaid, one of my downline, at Carol's home a week ago Friday.  I've been saving it to show you because I had to upload it and take pictures of it in action.  Linda did such a nice job on this card and everyone really loved it. She also included the directions with the card for those who want to put it in their flip file for techniques.  It is a really cool card to have.  All you need to do is pull the tab on the side and the card flips open with a really neat inside.
Here is the card as it is starting to slide open.  Linda used some of the NEW IN COLORS - poppy parade, peach parfait and pear pizzaz.  The double sided designer paper from SU! is greenhouse gala. It is really fabulous paper. The lucky you is a level 1 hostess stamp from the set Afterthoughts. You can earn that set for free with any qualifying workshop order.

You get a good idea of how the card works when you see it opened a little more.  The dsp on the right is also from greenhouse gala. The sentiment ice cream, presents and cake, oh my is from the stamp set Birthday Bliss which is a really cool and inexpensive set to have.

Here is the front again.  The flower is from Friends Never Fade and the Birthday Celebrations is from Upsy Daisy.  I love this card Linda, you did an amazing job!
Here is the envelope!  I love Linda's coloring and the use of Crystal Effects!
