SU! MONSTERMANIACS - HALLOWEEN MAY HAVE BEEN YESTERDAY, BUT THERE'S STILL TIME FOR A MONSTER MASH!

That's right - Halloween may be over - but there's still time for a monster mash.  In fact, most of us Stampin Sistah's are headed to Hsiao hui's home tomorrow for a cool Halloween gathering.  So we will be partying in the spirit of Halloween.  That said...monsters do not have to go back into hiding, In fact, quite the contrary...I hope they come out...that is...if they are as cute as the ones featured in the NEW SU! stamp set MONSTERMANIACS.  This is a stamp set that was designed by someone not even employed as an artist by SU!  There was a contest over the summer for anyone to design some stamps and this one won.  It's too darn adorable not to own.  A few weeks ago I mentioned that it would become part of my collection, and as soon as it was available it was on my SU! order. It arrived last week and I've taken it out to start making some cool creations with it.


Here's my first one...stamped on a card for a dear friend.

The inside of the card features the sentiment YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TOO MUCH HAPPY!  It's from the SU! stamp set YIPPEE SKIPPEE.  I bought this set mainly for this sentiment.  I truly believe it!  And the friend who is receiving it brings me lots of happy.  She sent me a STARBUCKS gift card out of the blue last week and it made me really happy!!!!  Thanks friend!

By the way, the Oh What Fun sentiment on the front of the card is from the NEW SU! stamp set CHRISTMAS MESSAGES.  I know I know!  It's from a Christmas stamp set...but now you see there is versatility in some of these sets.  And the tag on the front of the card is from the EXCLUSIVE SU! hostess set PERFECTLY YOU in the SU!
