I created this tag for today using My Digital Studio. The 1/2 price download today is MODERN MEDLEY OVERLAYS kit. It's terrific. There are papers and overlays. The overlays function as stamps and you put them on top of your digital projects like you would a transparency. I used the musical notes for this tag.
