The HARDWOOD stamp by SU! is one of my favorite backgrounds and YES! it will be in the NEW SU! IDEA BOOK coming out on June 2nd. I used it for the background for this card and USED BRAND NEW SU! IN COLORS. The card base is LOST LAGOON and I stamped the HARDWOOD with the coordinating NEW IN COLOR. I LOVE THIS!
I stamped the PETITE PETALS with the NEW IN COLORS - TANGELLO TWIST and BLACKBERRY BLISS. I love that these flowers have a coordinating SU! PUNCH! I also added the gold/white SU! TWINE and Adhesive backed SU! PEARLS that I colored with coordinating ink.
I also stamped some GORGEOUS GRUNGE splotches with whisper white SU! craft ink and the gorgeous grunge lines with ENCORE GOLD - and that ink will be in the NEW IDEA BOOK also.
The THANK YOU is stamped in BLACKBERRY BLISS from the stamp set LOTS OF THANKS - which is also carried over into the NEW SU! BOOK!
I will be sending this card to someone I'm very grateful to, but not before I CASE my own card a few times. I love how the petite petals flowers arrange so nicely on this card, almost like a spring wreath on my front door!
