I had to include more photos from our
scrapbooking and
cardmaking weekend. We had just the greatest time. If you ever get a chance to go away with some wild wacky women, it will do wonders for your health. We belly laughed so many times. We really enjoyed every moment, whether we were working, laughing, eating or playing. Above is Jodie Bell - a coworker - taking a break from her
scrapbooking. Jodie probably got more pages done than anyone else at our table. She is a fabulous
scrapbooker.
Jodie still participated in the fun. I had the best time acting silly for a little while.
Here is Sue Mattingly another great scrapbooker. Her son got married in Hawaii last year so she was scrapbooking those photos. She worked on an amazing album.

Then there was the beach volleyball tournament across the tables.

Then a true high
light was Sandi Haertig dressing up in true spirit of the islands. Here
she is with Pat Nuckels who absolutely had the best time.
We had a tackiest tourist contest and believe it or not...I was one of the lucky winners. It was so much fun to dress up. I really enjoy doing that. I made sure I had on tube socks with one sock lower than the other and I had to wear tongs. I put the sweatshirt tied around the waist and carried a gazillion things. What probably won it for me was the tacky teeth. I don't know if you can see them, but they were overlapping and large. I borrowed these fake teeth from my son JP.
Here we are signing in at the hotel. Well, we staged it, but don't we look real?
Next we headed over to the elevator to go get our rooms. You can see Linda Murphy in the right foreground. She was actually not a tacky tourist but an attractive techie tourist. she is even working on her blackberry while we are riding up. So much fun!
