We had a great gathering last Saturday at the home of Cathy Weir. 10 of us gathered to celebrate Cathy and our love of crafting. Here are 2 of the projects that we worked on. The first is a SU! card Linda Kincaid demonstrated and the second is a candle that Amanda demonstrated. We had so much fun at the gathering and crafting together. Enjoy the projects and the photos.
I love how Linda cut the ribbon in half and the colors are fabulous. She used the NEW SU! hostess stamp set HAPPY FLOWERS and the LOTS OF THANKS set that I've showcased a few times already.
This is the candle I created casing Amanda Hindle who demonstrated it.
Amanda gave us a great tip - use wax paper over the stamped image to get it to transfer more easily and evenly.
Next week I will try to post the other projects from stamp camp and the amazing food we all shared for our potluck lunch.

Amanda did an awesome job demonstrating. Who would have thought that you could transfer almost any stamped image to a candle? Wow! So cool!
